    We study the flow of trigonalizable algebraic group acting on its type space, focusing on the problem raised in [17] of whether weakly generic types coincide with almost periodic types if the group has global definable f‐generic types, equivalently whether the union of minimal subflows of a suitable type space is closed.     We apply the Galilean covariant formulation of quantum dynamics to derive the phase-space representation of the Pauli–Schrödinger equation for the density matrix of spin-1/2 particles in the presence of an electromagnetic field. The Liouville operator for the particle with spin follows from using the Wigner–Moyal transformation and a suitable Clifford algebra constructed on the phase space of a (4 + 1)-dimensional space–time with Galilean geometry. Connections with the algebraic formalism of thermofield dynamics are also investigated.

    The idea of becoming, namely that of a unique moving present constantly shifting from past to future, is often rejected as a mere metaphor without any objective content. In this paper, a formal model is offered for temporal becoming, based on dynamical systems theory, thanks to which the dynamics of the transient present can be reduced to objective features such as the algebraic properties of the mathematical structure chosen to model time.
