    The stochastic phase-space solution of the particle localizability problem in relativistic quantum mechanics is reviewed. It leads to relativistically covariant probability measures that give rise to covariant and conserved probability currents.     The evolution of boundedly rational rules for playing normal form games is studied within stationary environments of stochastically changing games.
