Fission of the Holy in Postmodern Urban and Turkish Society.Muhittin Imil - 2021 - Dini Araştırmalar 24 (61):353-373.
Institutional religious structures are the most damaged in an industrialized society, and in postmodern times, instead of rectifying these harms in religious structures, the individual’s quest for meaning is becoming more and more unstable by various religious groups, new religious movements, or the blows of an aggressively and persistently secularist world. Even instability or the possibility of reduction in their field of power has given institutional religions sufficient reason to intensify their efforts to preserve their normative measurements and to protect (...)

An Assessment of the Faith Problems that Have Been Raised Recently in Terms of Religious Education.Yunus Emre Sayan & Mehmet Emin Günel - 2022 - Cumhuriyet İlahiyat Dergisi 26 (3):1091-1089.
Acceptance or rejection of the existence of Allah is a phenomenon that completely affects a person's view of life. Societies want their faith to be maintained by the next generation in order to maintain their peace and order. It is difficult for a parent who believes in Allah to communicate and have a healthy dialogue with his children who have become atheists. At this point, the deviations of belief in the existence of god, such as atheism and deism, which have (...)

Krytyka pewnej postaci współczesnego deizmu jako projektu nowej religii w zglobalizowanym świecie.Antoni Szwed - 2017 - Roczniki Filozoficzne 65 (4):271-292.
Celem niniejszego artykułu jest krytyczna prezentacja głównych tez pewnej wersji współczesnego deizmu, zaproponowanej przez Roberta Corfe’a, autora książki Deism and Social Ethics: The Role of Religion in the Third Millennium.

Anthony Collins i jego pierwsza rozprawa (An Essay Concerning the Use of Reason in Propositions, The Evidence whereof depends upon Human Testimony).Przemysław Spryszak - 2024 - Ruch Filozoficzny 79 (2):51-79.
Przedmiotem niniejszej pracy jest analiza rozprawki An Essay Concerning the Use of Reason in Propositions, The Evidence whereof depends upon Human Testimony (Londyn 1707, II wyd. 1709) brytyjskiego filozofa Anthony’ego Collinsa (1676-1729).

Imam Māturīdī’s Criticism of Deism in The Context of The Necessity of The Hereafter.Hasan GÜMÜŞOĞLU - 2023 - Cumhuriyet İlahiyat Dergisi 27 (2):329-348.
Deism, which is known for denying the belief in prophethood and the hereafter while accepting the existence of a deity who is understood through reason but does not interfere with the universe while, has gained increasing popularity especially in positive scientific circles in Europe with the Enlightenment period. The development of deism in Europe has been significantly influenced by the ideas of philosophers and scientists such as Descartes, Newton, Voltaire, David Hume, and Kant. Although there is no word in Islamic (...)

The Possibility of Making a Muslim Philosophy of Religion with the Concepts of the West: How Possible is it to Relate the Concepts of Theism, Atheism and Deism to Islamic Thought?E. R. Hasan - 2022 - Cumhuriyet İlahiyat Dergisi 26 (3):971-986.
In this study, the drawbacks of using some religious concepts produced in the tradition of Western thought directly in their studies on Islamic belief will be discussed. The claim in question will be put forward within the framework of the concepts of deism, atheism and especially theism. Especially by reviewing the philosophy of religion studies made in Turkey, the fact that the three concepts mentioned are directly transferred to the philosophy of religion studies carried out in the Islamic world will (...)

    Antony Flew's Intellectual Transformation and Islamic Perception.İbrahim Yildiz - 2022 - Dini Araştırmalar 25 (63):631-647.
Antony Flew has spent nearly two-thirds of his life arguing against the existence of an omnipotent and all-knowing God, but towards the end of his life, he has accepted the existence of one. He argues that his change is due to the principle of “follow the argument wherever it leads”. He states that at first the argument required to oppose the existence of God, but the argument now leads him to accept the idea that there is a God. This study (...)
