Discusses the concept of truth in memory and thought. Thoughtsare correct or incorrect, according to whether they are referableto something in a world in which there is a matching with thesimpler contents whose control is thus mediated. The correctness orincorrectness of thoughts are called their 'truth' or falsity, andof memory, their 'accuracy' or inaccuracy. Truth is not a matter ofindividual interpretation. The true is simply the body ofknowledge, acknowledged as belonging where it does in aconsistently controlled context. The meaning of truth is its intent to mediate the originalsphere of existence meaning in which it arose.
