Abstract

Die philosophische Legitimität der Verwendung der Fortschritts-kategorie als Kategorie, die in Aussagen über Sozialprozesse vorkoramt, wird in vier paradigmatisch präparierten Kontexten untersucht und allein der erste Verwendungskontext als legitimierbar ausgewiesen: Fortschritt ist möglich als Schema eines Mythos, in das Bilder einsetzbar sind, die den Willen zum Handeln ermächtigen.
