Abstract

To understand the social and technical evolutions affecting communication today considerable thought is required for the study of the fundamental stakes of social communication. This should not be confused with the efficiency of systems, linked with the relationship between cultures and the conditions required of democracy. Dominique Wolton suggests prospective approaches for this research
