Abstract

Resumo Partindo do “espírito da Constituição”, consideram-se, criticamente, várias leituras da lei fundamental: neojoaquimita , jus-aquisitorial e mercoconstitucionalista . Tomando a sério diferentes tipos de escassez e de sustentabilidade, ilustram-se alguns problemas da justiça intergeracional considerando as implicações da demografia para o sistema público de pensões. Different kinds of scarcity and sustainability are taken seriously as the author illustrates a few issues of intergenerational justice against the backdrop of the implications of demography for the public pension system.
