Abstract

Servanne Jollivet undertakes to retrace the main lines of Schürmann’s reading of Heidegger. This reading moves backwards, beginning from the later texts, with the effect of bringing out how radical their project is and how pervaded by ambivalence. Setting this project in a broader history of hegemonies, Schürmann take the questioning about origins back to the first origin, here rethought in a non-foundational way as “archaic violence”.
