The age of global risks and changes that have come into play where stable development used to be a norm and the era of postmodernism, as a possibility of the multiplicity of meanings and solutions, determine the vectors of human development in the 21st century. Human society is undergoing changes, digital technologies are increasingly penetrating various domains of life, and it has become clear, they are here to stay because they are already changing life itself. The postmodern generation, consumed by (...) "virtual reality", sees the world differently. They need knowledge different from what previous generations used where knowledge itself requires new methods of education. With all positive and negative implications, the e-learning format has established itself as a viable education option in times of the world pandemic. The way this learning format transforms the higher education system is irrevocable. Thus, an increasing number of universities are integrating online and personalized components into their courses. However, the role of the teacher remains invariably important. Although methods and format of their work may adjust and alter, it is the teacher who passes on human experience, imbues knowledge with emotional coloring and encourages reflection and reasoning. Therefore, the e-learning system rests on two factors, namely, the presence on the Internet and the development of student-teacher relations. All available research and resources are currently aimed at improving technical capabilities, whereas the "student-learner" system needs to be reconsidered. Varieties of modern philosophies of mathematical and natural sciences are represented. Specific features of those sciences are analyzed on the basis of graph classifications of the respective philosophies. The importance of reconstructions of practical theories is emphasized for all kinds of philosophies of science used by them. The first part outlines the purpose of the article and considers subject and theoretical, the se- cond — evaluative, nominal, theoretical-reconstructive and linguistic-reconstructive classifica- tions of philosophies of science. The article deals with the analysis of the religious component in the manifestations of ritual plastic arts of the Trypillia ethno-cultural community. The author brings into consideration one of the “visiting cards” of the Trypillia civilization—“binocular” (biconical) ceramic plastic arts, which became one of the most characteristic visual markers of the culture.

Basic principles of development and introduction of corporate management informations are considered on domestic enterprises. Problem questions which arise up at introduction of the informative system are resulted. It is indicated on the lacks of domestic programmatic complexes by comparison to foreign decisions.

The publication, based on the developments of various fields of scientific knowledge (history, archaeology, ethnography, religious studies, philosophy), considers one of the alternative approaches to the reconstruction of elements of the sacred world of the ancient Trypillians. This approach, which is based on the interpretation of archaeological findings, expands the possibilities of classical reconstruction. Comparative analysis of ethnographic materials, philosophical analysis of archetypes with contextual consideration of patterns of developing and transforming the religious phenomenon are added. The author proves the (...) existence of historical parallels and connections between certain elements of the religious beliefs of the ancient Trypillians and the preserved manifestations of the ethnocultural tradition of the Ukrainians on the example of the archetype “Home”. This is the reason for asserting the continuity of the Ukrainian spiritual and cultural tradition. У статті підіймається проблема співвідношення системного та інтегрального підходів до дослідження складних систем. Актуальність досліджуваної проблеми зумовлена тим, що повноцінно зрозуміти феномен складності без системного підходу неможливо. Водночас, системний підхід лишає поза увагою будь-які психологічні та культурологічні фактори. Із метою осмислення піднятої проблематики було експліковано поняття складності, системного підходу та інтегрального підходу. У процесі здійснення філософського аналізу даної проблеми було осмислено феномен редукціонізму, виокремлено фізичний та системний типи редукціонізму. У результаті порівняльного аналізу системного та інтегрального підходів до дослідження складних систем (...) було виявлено, що інтегральний підхід за визначенням включає в себе системний підхід, долаючи не лише фізичний, а й системний редукціонізм. У статті аналізуються погляди ідеального державного устрою, яку розв’язували філософи античності. Вперше ця проблема була поставлена софістами, одні з яких вважали, що приписи законів є довільними (штучними), тоді як веління ж природи є необхідними, а інша група софістів робила висновок, що потрібно встановлювати такі закони, які відповідають користі людей, а саме – взаємній справедливості та іншим чеснотам. В творах Платона проблема співвідношення особистості й суспільства вирішується на користь суспільства, що є характерним для ідеалів традиційного суспільства. На противагу Платону Аристотель не (...) мислить ідеальне суспільство без приватної власності. З поглибленням і загостренням державної кризи вектор вирішення питання про суспільний ідеал повертався від пріоритету державності до людини, тобто до пріоритету особистісних свобод, інтересів і потреб. У формуванні елліністичного світогляду певну роль відіграла і та обставина, що ідеали Платона й Аристотеля залишилися нереалізованими на практиці. Показано, що вирішення питання про ідеальну соціальну організацію залежало від тих історичних умов і соціально-моральних позицій, в яких знаходився той чи інший автор. (shrink)

The subject examined in the paper is a morals and law relationship in terms of the absolute Good in the context of the Russian philosopher Volodymyr Soloviov's philosophy of Total Unity. It is established that morals are expression of the idea of the absolute Good whereas law is a bridge between the ideal good and reality. Law specifies the law of God, defines the conditions for its implementation and sets limits of punishment if these conditions are not met and public (...) safety is threatened. With the above in view, the philosopher's idea of a potential use of force in the context of the law of God enforceability is topical. From Volodymyr Soloviov's viewpoint, law without force is only declaration whereas law without moral standards is violence. Morals without a legal framework may get reduced to moralization and even leveling of the idea of the absolute good. Based on an analysis of V. Soloviov's treatise "Justification of the good. Moral philosophy", which is a key work covering this subject, the author draws a conclusion that a correct morals and law relationship is possible only when law, remaining within its formal bounds, supports fair order in society while harmoniously correlating with the law of God as the highest embodiment of the idea of the absolute good. B a c k g r o u n d. Genre-wise the article is a form of publication of analytical conclusions resulting from researching religious symbolism within the movie. The material for interpretation was derived from mass media, in particular cinematography. The article describes religious symbolism within the movie "Barbie" (2023). It is made apparent that the wide array of religious symbols in modern cinema requires a new approach. M e t h o d s. Issues with defining religious symbolism (...) in cinema have inspired a search of appropriate methods and research methodology. The article utilizes analytical approach based on religious symbolism found in the artistic source material – in this case a movie. R e s u l t s. With that considered the goal of the scientific research was to track down instances of religious symbolism in "Barbie" movie; such was confirmed to be abundant within otherwise mundane work. Barbieland symbolises paradise withiin the movie's fictional universe: it's a perfect place with no diseases or suffering, populated by perfect people ignorant of sorrow, problems, and worries. Naturally, the exile from paradise is a theme that is also predent. C o n c l u s i o n s. Brief research concludes that the "Barbie" movie features disguised religious symbolism – a common trope for many works within modern cinema. (shrink)

Previous research showed that sensorimotor information affects the perception of properties associated with implied perceptual context during language comprehension. Three experiments addressed a novel question of whether perceptual context may contribute to a simulation of information about such out‐of‐sight objects as cast shadows. In Experiment 1, participants read a sentence that implied a particular shadow cast on a target (blinds vs. an open window) and then verified the picture of the object onto which a shadow was cast. Responses were faster (...) when the shadow of blinds cast on the object matched that implied by the sentence. However, the data did not show the same matching effect for pictures with cast shadows from an open window. In Experiments 2 and 3, we found that verification times for pictures with no cast shadows were faster when preceded by an “open window” sentence, thus suggesting that reading the sentence does not elicit a visual simulation of any specific shadow. Experiment 3 showed that the objects superimposed with a cast shadow of the blinds and blinds themselves were verified faster after reading a “blinds” sentence. However, the results of an order analysis showed the temporal stability of the “blinds shadows” effect, but the disappearance of the “blinds” effect in the second half of the data. We conclude that the results are compatible, to a lesser or greater extent, with multiple accounts, and discuss our findings in the context of a mental imagery view, a mental simulation view, and an amodal representation view. Опинившись на початку ХХІ століття у світовій глобальній кризі, яку політичні системи сучасності вирішити не здатні, у політичній філософії знову стало актуальним питання щодо того, якою насправді має бути політика. Усе виглядає так, що в конкуренції політичних систем модерну переможців немає, а лібералізм повторює історію своїх попередників. З іншого боку, одним із цікавих наслідків цих подій є зростання інтересу до політики античності, де власне і відбулася генеза вчення про державу і політику, а це, в свою чергу, приводить до відродження ідей (...) неоарістотелізму (неоплатонізму) у політичній філософії. Як наслідок, філософсько-політична спадщина Платона природньо потрапляє у фокус дискусій, а сам Платон стає однією з центральних її фігур. Кожна зі сторін дискусії апелює до Платона, намагаючись “скористатись” його спадщиною у власних цілях. З цієї причини, у Платона є як безліч послідовників, так і значна кількість критиків, голоси яких вже у ХХ столітті почали звучати все голосніше, серед яких найбільшу популярність набув Карл Поппер. Завданням цієї роботи є спроба проведення аналізу критики Поппером Платона, яку він переважно виклав у своїй книзі “Відкрите суспільство та його вороги”, а також представити альтернативну точку зору “захисників” Платона з подальшим порівнянням думок та підходів обох сторін з метою розкриття окремих елементів сучасного політичного неоарістотелізму та розуміння важливості платоново-арістотелівського підходу до політики у ХХI столітті. В цілому, думка Поппера стосовно “Держави” Платона багато в чому виявилась помилковою, а детальний аналіз цих помилок розкриває проблеми лібералізму. З іншого боку, проявляється політичне вчення античності в його новому розумінні. Сьогодні воно опосередковане знаннями всієї подальшої за античністю історією філософії та політичною практикою (пост)модерну, а розкриття окремих елементів цього вчення і є найважливішим результатом цієї роботи. This article involves a qualitative research undertaken to elucidate how Ukraine’s European identity is constructed by Carl Bildt, Sweden’s Minister for Foreign Affairs. Specifically, the paper’s aim is to identify conceptual metaphors used by Carl Bildt in his political online discourse concerning Ukraine within the timeframe from 1 April 2013 until 1 April 2014. In addition to this objective, the article explores whether or not concepts SELF as the EU and OTHER as non-EU respectively are embedded in conceptual metaphors identified (...) in Bildt’s discoursal space involving Ukraine’s European identity. Results of the data analysis reveal several types of conceptual metaphors which are present in the corpus of Bildt’s online discourse involving Ukraine: “EU as a Path”, “EU as a Nurturant Parent”, “EU as a House”, “Ukraine’s Politics towards EU as a Stock Market Crash”, “Ukraine’s Path to EU as Poland’s EU Path” and “The EU Flag as a Symbol of the Better Future”, respectively. These conceptual metaphors seem to be exacerbated by the presence of the concept SELF. (shrink)

У статті окреслено основні шляхи подолання соціальних проблем та їх відображення в соціальній політиці держави. Зосереджено увагу на методі соціологічної інтервенції та процедурі втручання в соціальну практику, зокрема в прикладних науках. Показано підхід раціонального вибору як методу ідентифікації соціальних проблем на індивідуальному рівні. Розглянуто особливості подолання соціальних проблем у межах конструкціонізму, зокрема охарактеризовано стратегії конструювання соціальних проблем. Важливе значення автор надає вирішенню соціальних проблем за допомогою соціальної роботи, присвяченої соціально зумовленим проблемам на мікрорівні.

У статті запропонований аналіз концепції Суб’єктивної доби у соціальній філософії Ауробіндо. Ауробіндо стверджує що відкриття індивідуальним вільним розумом універсальних законів щодо яких індивід є мало не побічним явищем і які повинні управляти ним і спроба фактично управляти громадським життям людства в строгій відповідності з цими законами неминуче ведуть до пригнічення індивідуальної свободи. Замість релігійно-етичного авторитету традиційного суспільства реалізовуватиметься науковий, раціональний або експериментальний критерій. Ауробіндо пише, що у такому разі розвинеться стійка система громадських моральних норм і традицій і утвердиться своєрідне соціалістичне (...) вчення, в істинності якого нікому не буде дозволено засумніватися практично і, ймовірно, навіть теоретично, оскільки подібні сумніви можуть потрясти або навіть підірвати систему. З іншого боку, існують історичні сили, які можуть присікти такий розвиток або змінити його характер раніше, ніж він досягне свого погрозливого завершення. Стаття розглядає соціальні ідеї Шрі Ауробіндо у зіставленні з ідеями М. Бердяєва, Д. Андрєєва і Теяра де Шардена. (shrink)

Among all religious studies that were actively researched during the Independence of Ukraine, intelligence in the field of Orthodoxy was and remains one of the most common. This is not surprising, because this denomination - both in historical retrospect and nowadays - remains dominant in Ukraine, which significantly expands the subject of research that is conducted not only in religious, but also in historical, political and other fields. Therefore, the volume of literature that deals with historical, theological, economic, political, social, (...) psychological, cultural and other aspects of the functioning of Orthodoxy as a religious trend is extremely large and has dozens of monographs and hundreds of articles. Unfortunately, there are practically no asylum works on historiography on Orthodox-related publications in independent Ukraine. The only exception is the work of V. Ulyanovsky, which was published in the early 1990s, and is now somewhat outdated. (shrink)

The formation of the chaplaincy movement in the context of the formation of independent Ukraine (after 1991) required the solution of a number of issues, primarily of a conceptual nature. The initiators of the restoration of chaplaincy faced the underestimation of the chaplaincy factor, the risks of transferring interfaith disputes to the military environment. In fact, it was a question of finding their own model of chaplaincy service, which would provide an optimal model for organizing the work of chaplains. The (...) authors propose to divide the development of the chaplaincy movement in independent Ukraine into three stages, which differ not only chronologically but also in their characteristics. The first stage (1991-2005) was characterized by a rethinking of the role and place of religion in the activities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The idea of a chaplaincy service was revived primarily on the basis of the volunteer movement. Volunteers also encouraged churches to form appropriate structures that would be responsible for chaplaincy work. At this stage, the driving force behind the formation of the chaplaincy movement was the unstable informal ties between church and security forces in Ukraine. With the advent of the first legal acts that regulated the search for optimal models for creating the chaplaincy institute, the second stage of development of the chaplaincy movement in Ukraine began. It lasted from 2006 to 2013. During this time, regulations were developed and implemented that institutionalized the relationship between the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine and the country's largest churches and religious organizations. The third stage began with the beginning of the Russian Federation's attack on Ukraine in 2014 and continues to this day. The annexation of Crimea and the outbreak of hostilities in eastern Ukraine created the need to sharply increase the number of chaplains and to legalize them in military institutions. Already in 2015-2016, the formation of the state regulatory framework of the chaplaincy institute began and staff positions of chaplains in military units were introduced. On the other hand, there has also been a qualitative growth in the theoretical and practical training of chaplains and their material support. These processes show that the establishment of the institute of military chaplaincy in Ukraine has actually taken place. In each period, the authors highlight the problematic issues that government agencies and religious organizations addressed in organizing the chaplaincy movement. Particular attention was paid to the attempts of activists to form their own model of chaplaincy ministry and the problematic issues of improving the quality of chaplains' training. In particular, it was pointed out that the best way for Ukraine is to organize separate chaplaincy faculties in the country's higher educational institutions to train specialists at the level of world standards. In interpreting the concept of ethnoconfessional specificity of culture, we first of all mean that this is a special form of culture of ethnically related groups of people who have their own special, religiously decorated lifestyle and ethnic identity of which is denominational oriented. This ethno-confessional community acquires, in certain socio-historical conditions, the function of a ethnic representative.

Despite being far higher than, for example, Christianity, the claims of cosmopolitanism and universality, the desire to disassociate from national factors, Islam is still fully embedded in the conventional system of ethno-confessional syncretism, which, without disclosing in detail processes can be reduced to the following main components.

У статті досліджується роль національної ідентичності та самоідентичності у становленні та розвитку екзистенціалізму як провідної філософської течії ХХ ст. Розглядаються філософські аспекти процесів європейського націотворення у ХХ ст., зокрема, філософування М. Гайдеггера як спроба творення новітнього німецького екзистенційного націоналізму, що міг би стати духовною альтернативою нацистській ідеології, у його тісному світоглядному переплетінні з екзистенційною філософією, породженою французьким Рухом Опору.

У статті представлені глобальні тренди розвитку цифрових інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій у рамках концепції "Індустрія-4.0" та шляхи їх імплементації в практику державного управління та регулювання. Проаналізовані сучасні проблеми моніторингу енергетичних потоків та формування енергетичного балансу національного господарства. Обґрунтовані напрями вдосконалення інституційного та організаційно-методологічного забезпечення моніторингу енергетичних потоків держави на базі сучасних цифрових технологій.

An effective mechanism of personnel production behavior management in the system of enterprise's management to ensure the high performance indexes and enterprise's goals achievement is developed. The results obtained on the basic of: structural and logical analysis - to construct the general logic of staff's production behavior model; method of generalization - to develop the classification of employees' motivation and potential factors; methods of analysis and synthesis - to determine the ratio of factors of potential and motivation factors in the (...) employees' production behavior management. The implemented classification of motivate factors and of the potential as well as developed model of staff's production behavior management allows to determine the dependents between those variables and to propose the practical managerial tools that ensures attainment of company's goals. Based on the proposed model within further research it is advisable to develop a mechanism that takes into account the specific quantitative parameters of the components of the production behavior and is built on using identified at this stage dependencies. The model can be used in the formation of an effective personnel policy that will ensure the achievement of social and economic goals of the company. Implementation of the developed model in practice highlights the social responsibility of the enterprise, shifts the emphasis from a purely economic governance towards better integration of existing needs of employees. This article examines the transformation of the labor market under the influence of informatization of society. It is noted that in the conditions of globalization and informatization of the nowadays a post-industrial society has been formed, in which information is a determining factor of production. New opportunities and challenges of the labor market in the conditions of information society development are analyzed. The informatization of society changes the conditions, nature and forms of work. Extensive digitalization, the use of cloud technologies (...) and artificial intelligence systems are displacing traditional forms of employment towards teleworking, which makes workers more mobile and able to optimize working hours. It is established that the spread of technology increases the efficiency of the recruitment and searching job processes. Informatization of society contributes to the creation of a digital labor market, which forms the demand and supply of information and computer technology workers. In the context of informatization of society, the labor market is characterized by an imbalance between supply and demand of labor due to structural changes in the economy. Among the challenges of the labor market are rising unemployment in the raw materials industries, robotics and automation of routine manual labor. The digitalization of the economy leads to the need to adjust government regulation of business and provide social guarantees for employees. It is noted that the informatization of society provides more benefits to the labor market than obstacles. Solving the problems it raises, promotes progress and economic development. (shrink)

In the national historical science, despite the considerable number of publications, there is no comprehensive study of the charitable and cultural-educational activities of the Roman Catholic Church in Right-Bank Ukraine at the end of the eighteenth - early twentieth centuries. Modern Ukrainian historiography has a number of studies that have, to some extent, addressed the problem we have identified. In particular, G. In the socio-economic, social and political life of the Right-Bank Ukraine, Orthodox, Roman Catholic and Greek-Catholic denominations were involved in one or another way.

The paper examines the issue of justice in the Russian philosophical tradition of the late 19th - early 20th centuries in the context of a philosophical and legal rationale of this category, offered by the famous Russian philosophers Boris Chicherin and Vladimir Soloviyov. An analysis of Boris Chicherin's works "Philosophy of Law", "Course of State Science" and "Philosophical Issues" afforded ground for concluding that the thinker deduced justice from the idea of freedom and defined it as a balance of compulsory (...) (state) and voluntary (moral) laws. Keeping such a balance is possible only within human unions which supreme rule is adherence to truth i.e. everyone shall get what belongs to him. Requirements of justice also include respect for someone else's rights and minority rights whereas achievement of general welfare is considered by the philosopher as its supreme goal. Views of Vladimir Soloviyov were explored through analyzing his works "Justification of Good" and "Right and Morals". Justice is among the central concepts of his philosophical conception "Ethics of Universal Unity" and is defined as common equality before the law, the supreme ideal, the good i.e. the only righteous and true life journey. The good as it is reveals to a man his meaning of life through the categories of truth and love. Justice as law of truth destines to each his own whereas justice as law of love shows a man the necessity of sacrifice for his neighbor. Discussion between these philosophers subsequently governed the extent of creative perception of philosophical and legal issues related to the balance of law and morals, individual freedom and equality. The article analyzes social-philosophic aspects for development of the Intellectual Property Institution as a specific social institution that exists and functions in a changing sociocultural conditions. There was particularly made an attempt to reconsider the meaning and character of those transformations in the field of intellectual property - taking into account also the Information Society context and realities of Postmodern cultural shift.

Стаття присвячена визначенню місця екологічної освіти в системі освіти загалом, сутності цієї освіти та її значення для практичної діяльності у контексті поліпшення екологічних відносин, збереження довкілля і створення нових, ще не існуючих природних форм. Евристична діяльність у контексті природотворчості виробляє необхідну суму знань, котра тією чи іншою мірою включена в систему освіти та просвітництва. Освіта являє собою універсальну систему цілеспрямованої соціалізації індивідів у суспільстві у вигляді єдності виховання та навчання. Ця система включає в себе комплекс різноманітних проблем [соціальних, психологічних, екологічних], (...) рішення яких, у кінцевому рахунку, крім всього іншого, неможливе без розробки нової концепції освіти, без використання нових форм навчання, його сучасного методологічного і методичного забезпечення. У цьому контексті комп’ютерне моделювання різних стадій освітнього процесу – це один зі способів його вдосконалення, котрий дає визначену можливість творчого перетворення застарілих форм та прийомів. При цьому найважливішим завданням власне екологічної освіти є формування в людини екологічної свідомості, котра інтегрує у собі знання, норми, цінності та практичні рекомендації в питанні про людину та її ставлення до природного середовища. The article deals with analysis of stakeholders interest in order to develop enterprise. The article provides the analys terms of domestic and international scientific definitions of 'enterprise stakeholders' and their species on the main classification criteria. The methods into account the interests of stakeholders of the enterprise were analysed. The key factor of any successful business is the ability to build mutually beneficial relationships with key stakeholders in the external and internal environment. Moreover, the main goals of the effective management, (...) strategic planning of the company are also effective relationships with stakeholders. Inability to build the leads relationship is leading to loss the market; processes of underfunding, lack of motivation among staff is also the problem of aneffective company. That's why every company should correctly identify major stakeholders and coordinate their actions with their interests. The article noted, that a detaile analysis of all the stakeholders of their interests, determine the most influential and the most important among them, setting priorities for various stakeholder groups will formulate an effective plan of the strategic development management company, for the correct direction of the entity that will achieve maximum possible level of satisfaction of the interests for all stakeholders of the company. The article recounts that against the background of globalization processes that swept the world in the late twentieth century and left an indelible mark on the further progress of mankind there was a need to adapt the educational and social systems of Ukraine to functioning in the new conditions of crucial transformations caused by the dynamic changes triggered by universal digitalization, which now penetrates all branches and spheres of public life. It has been noted that the educational sphere is in (...) a state of permanent change, trying to adapt to the new environment in order to ensure a decent level of training specialists of the relevant educational and qualification level capable of adapting to rapidly changing conditions, taking into account the competence acquired in the process of training. As a result, it is shown that in today’s globalized world, the need to master digital competence at an appropriate qualification level comes to the fore, taking into consideration the factors of stair stepping and succession, in response to requirements and challenges of today’s world, which even in a short period of time are able to significantly influence any sphere, transforming its further functioning. The content analysis of regulatory documents enabled to identify the main problematic aspects of the educational industry in the context of ensuring the compliance of the process of standardization of education at the relevant qualification levels, which is characterized by certain fragmentarity and inconsistency and requires further weighted and step-by-step transformative phases in the educational system of Ukraine ensuring its correlation with the European educational standards and guaranteeing its quality. In recent years, an increased interest in journalistic roles has inspired multiple empirical studies aimed at establishing the journalistic role conception and performance of journalists worldwide. Ukraine is not an exception. Studies published in recent years show that the professional culture of journalists in Ukraine is changing, resulting in the “blurring of boundaries” between journalism and activism. Moreover, Ukrainian journalists also show a high degree of political engagement. However, these studies have not measured the specific professional settings of investigative journalists, (...) who form a unique community in the Ukrainian media system. Therefore, this study is devoted to uncovering the role conceptions of Ukrainian investigative journalists, their professional identities, and culture. The results show that many journalists express multiple roles: a “populist mobilizer” combined with “watchdog” role, or “watchdog” combined with “critical change agent” role. This confirms the hypothesis that a multiplicity of roles and blurring of boundaries are also present among investigative journalists. (shrink)
