Abstract

The causes «warming» Israeli-Turkish relations in 2016-2017 years; characterized relations between the two countries at this stage; the influence of the Israeli-Turkish relations at the regional system; Factors that enhance the reconciliation process and the obstacles to reconciliation between Israel and Turkey; Prospects of relations between the countries. Proved that between the restoration of diplomatic relations, the rhetoric relented official statements and statements of senior officials of both countries closer foreign policy positions on certain issues in the region, active economic cooperation, especially in energy and transport sectors. It was determined that the relationship of Israel and Turkey are among the key in the region and the dynamic development in their interest both cranes. Argued that Israeli-Turkish relations at this stage can be described as «warming». It is shown that restoring relations has the potential to create positive axis of cooperation in curbing effects of the Syrian conflict, including countering the threat posed by IDIL and similar groups as well as a new channel support humanitarian efforts in Gaza. In addition, it could pave the way for future energy cooperation, which in the long run would be a basis for relations between Israel and Turkey and Israel could make available gas for European markets.
