    Working with expert systems: Three case studies.Peter Senker, Joe Townsend & Joanna Buckingham - 1989 - AI and Society 3 (2):103-116.
    Three case studies were conducted on the implications of the use of expert systems for the work of clerks and operators in Britain. An expert system had been introduced in a process control application. The operators' work was deskilled. The second case was a fault diagnosis application.
