Abstract
The transcendental-pragmatic theory of K.-O. Apel is explored as attempt to transform nonclassical transcendental philosophy of subjectivity to post-non-classical transcendental philosophy of intersubjectivity. The objective of the research is to demonstrate the role and importance of transcendental pragmatics in the formation and establishment of non-classical and post-nonclassical types of philosophizing. At the same time, we will try to show that the fundamental principles of transcendental pragmatics, is the lead constitutively means the communicative philosophy, are metamorphosed conceptual phenomenon that emerged in the succession-evolutionary path of Western philosophy from classical to neo-classical and postklassike. Transcendental-pragmatic theory K.-O. Apel as a whole is an attempt to transform the nonclassical philosophy of transcendental subjectivity in postnonclassical transcendental philosophy of intersubjectivity. In light of the disclosure policy guidance transcendental pragmatics - methodological and theoretical basis kommunikativizma - it is clear what is the basic problem that confronts a communicative philosophy: a rational justification of the universal foundation of human understanding and harmonious relations between people and between people and the environment.
