Abstract

The political metaphor is analyzed as a facility of the political power representation in the discursive measurement. The special attention is paid to the types of the political metaphors, its functions and using potential in the different political contexts. Also, the axiological attributes of the political metaphor and its representational and translation potential as to political values are conducted.
