Abstract

Current approaches to the development of the relationship between «identity –information» in the global information space cognitive system deployed in the interaction of information and knowledge within higher education. Globalization is a process temperature «connected with the exponential growth of information informative character. Matured main contradiction between the cognitive nature of information and the problem of its implementation in the content of scientific knowledge. The second contradiction is rooted in the plane of didactic bring scientific knowledge to the understanding, perception, learning, etc., individual professional future. The higher education system is not bound to just respond to this and projective modeling their capabilities in terms of adequate personal realization in today’s job market. This includes the latest developments sociopolitical, philosophical and educational approaches in the context of «human- higher - education professional competence». Implementation of current trends in the information society - a society of knowledge, can be based on an understanding of the processes unfolding in the cognitive area. The system of higher education that prepares future professionals to be mobile relative velocity transformations in the global labor market. This implies projective modeling information of such training. On the other hand, intensified the requirements for methodological support fundamentalization scientific knowledge as diverse multi socially significant information entropy saturates cognitive space. This fundamentalization to provide meaningful allocation of generalized concentration for which, in turn, collected and processed the latest information informative and meaningful nature. The problem is that information in accordance with modern trends in the development of science, engineering, technology. This correspondence, in turn, has a two-sided nature: as a process of differentiation of scientific knowledge and the process of generalization. Their interaction, in our opinion, should be verified through all levels of interpretation of social information. A person who is in the midst of a complex tension between information knowledge space and natural potentialities to acquire public information cognitive nature should be focused on the higher education system identified knowledge and skills in terms of recent labor market. To do this, you must hold a permanent monitoring of the individual in terms of direction of intelligent effort. In our opinion, it is possible to make on the basis of systematic methods. In this perspective, the latest developments methodological basis in the ratio of «information - knowledge» is the actual trend. This is a recent occurrence of adequate information to the system of scientific knowledge and the assimilation of these young people. This field refers to the methodology of innovative information at cognitive processes. Optimization of individual cognition research and educational space fl « thus connected with the educational process. The modern person has the latest features on a modern knowledge. Philosophy of education and, in particular, its senior managers is on the way of the future expert system of individual approaches to conflict in «information -knowledge». These include: synthesis highest advances in the basic sciences and finding evidence to understand individual, social and meaningful motivation finding professional person identified future vision of its place in the system of acquired knowledge, developments of new trends in system information culture that rely, in turn to the methodology of information at the level of social life. Methodology for optimization in the «information - knowledge» must develop methods of didactic character. The latter are protectively modeling features, which, in turn, determine the personality oriented cognitive process.
