On the Concept of Sincere Administration and Its Practical Route

Abstract

"Good faith administration" government in the management of public affairs and self-awareness and action, social organizations and the public to judge the value of faith in the government, administrative behavior is the credibility and image in the social organization and the people in the formation of psychological reactions ; government "honest administration" practice is a social project, should lay the ideological foundation, set up the institutional framework, to improve institutional arrangements, and build information platforms, innovation evaluation system, improve the security mechanisms in a comprehensive way. Sincere administration is not only the self-awareness and action of the government in dealing with the public affairs but also the value judgment of social organizations and the public to the reputation of the government. And it is also a kind of mental reflection to the reputation and images created by the government behaviors in social organization's and in people's mind. The Sincere administration of government is a social systematic program. It should be synthetically managed by establishing the ideological foundation, building the systematic frame, making the better system arrangement, constructing the information terrace, innovating the evaluating system, enforcing the guarantee system, etc
