Abstract

A sample of 1,148 newly ordained male Anglican clergy in England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales completed the Eysenck Personality Profiler. The data demonstrated that the male clergy recorded a characteristically feminine profile in terms of 16 of the 21 personality traits proposed by this questionnaire.
