Abstract

The phenomenon of “lying down” has become the focus of public opinion. It has become a new form of cultural expression for young netizens. “Lying flat” young people create an alternative way of life by maintaining a low desire, a positive and uncooperative psychological state, a sober sense of social status and their own destiny, and the value concept of self-compromise and self-reconciliation. Through the perspective of the phenomenon of “lying flat”, it is helpful to fundamentally solve practical problems and guide young people to change from “lying flat” to “standing up”.
