Abstract

Desde el punto de vista de las doctrinas constitucionalistas y del iusnaturalismo contemporáneo en este trabajo se atiende a la legislación que ha venido irrumpiendo en contraste con la Constitución Nacional, especialmente en relación con la forma descentralizada del Estado venezolano y los derechos humanos, con principal énfasis en los derechos políticos, económicos.From de point of view of contemporary Constitutionalism and Natural Law theories, this paper focuses on the Venezuelan legislation which has been imposed in contrast with the National Constitution, especially the legislation related to the decentralized model of the Venezuelan State and with human rights, particularly the political and economical rights
