Linking Leader Humor to Employee Innovative Behavior: The Roles of Work Engagement and Supervisor’s Organizational Embodiment.Jingjing Zhang & Weilin Su - 2020 - Frontiers in Psychology 11.
The influence of leader humor on employee innovative behavior has been attracting increasingly more attention from various scholars and enterprises. Based on previous relevant literatures in the fields of humor, leadership, and innovation, this study proposes and verifies a model to examine the internal mechanism and boundary condition of the relationship between leader humor, work engagement, supervisor’s organizational embodiment, and employee innovative behavior. Specifically, this study introduces work engagement as a mediator in the relationship between leader humor and employee innovative (...)

  3. Prediction of Communication Impairment in Children With Bilateral Cerebral Palsy Using Multivariate Lesion- and Connectome-Based Approaches: Protocol for a Multicenter Prospective Cohort Study.Jie Hu, Jingjing Zhang, Yanli Yang, Ting Liang, Tingting Huang, Cheng He, Fuqin Wang, Heng Liu & Tijiang Zhang - 2022 - Frontiers in Human Neuroscience 16.
BackgroundBilateral cerebral palsy is the most common type of CP in children and is often accompanied by different degrees of communication impairment. Several studies have attempted to identify children at high risk for communication impairment. However, most prediction factors are qualitative and subjective and may be influenced by rater bias. Individualized objective diagnostic and/or prediction methods are still lacking, and an effective method is urgently needed to guide clinical diagnosis and treatment. The aim of this study is to develop and (...)

  4. EW-CACTUs-MAML: A Robust Metalearning System for Rapid Classification on a Large Number of Tasks.Wen-Feng Wang, Jingjing Zhang & Peng An - 2022 - Complexity 2022:1-8.
This study aims to develop a robust metalearning system for rapid classification on a large number of tasks. The model-agnostic metalearning with the CACTUs method is improved as EW-CACTUs-MAML after integrated with the entropy weight method. Few-shot mechanisms are introduced in the deep network for efficient learning of a large number of tasks. The process of implementation is theoretically interpreted as “gene intelligence.” Validation of EW-CACTUs-MAML on a typical dataset indicates an accuracy of 97.42%, performing better than CACTUs-MAML. At the (...)

Driving Mechanism Model for the Supply Chain Work Safety Management Behavior of Core Enterprises—An Exploratory Research Based on Grounded Theory.Qiaomei Zhou, Qiang Mei, Suxia Liu, Jingjing Zhang & Qiwei Wang - 2022 - Frontiers in Psychology 12.
Guiding core enterprises to participate in supply chain work safety governance is an innovative mode of work safety control, which has an important impact on improving the work safety level of small and medium-sized enterprises in the supply chain. Through in-depth interviews, the grounded theory is adopted to explore the driving factors of work safety management behaviors of core enterprise. It is found that the work safety management behavior of the core enterprise is driven by both internal and external factors. (...)
