Lose Balance in Total Amount of Supply and Demand and Changing of the Economic Growth Pattern-Immediate Effects in Blazing New Trails in Institution

Abstract

In our current macro-economy, the problem is the imbalance and the coexistence of structural imbalance. Therefore, the size of the control aggregate demand and aggregate supply increase the level it is also necessary to aggregate demand and supply structure of structural adjustment, by promoting economic rationalization of the economic structure to achieve overall balance. Transformation of economic growth, for the achievement of overall balance and structural balance has an important role, because in the context of the expansion of aggregate demand, aggregate supply must change to increase economic growth, that economic growth by increased accumulation of effects rather than the accumulation rate, and thus a is helping to control the size of aggregate demand, on the other help to effectively contributing to the overall supply levels. Transformation of economic growth is a prerequisite for the economic transition, and not overnight. Economic growth pattern need to find a Hezhe trajectory, which is the key to the system must be innovative. Great practical significance for China's current system of innovation including the establishment of modern enterprise system, improve the market mechanism and change the government's economic functions
