Also the results of this paper show that each of the three dimensions of WPS has a significant positive relationship with job satisfaction. Furthermore, this study successfully confirms the mediating effect of job satisfaction in the relationship between WPS dimensions and UPB. Finally, theoretical and practical implications, future research directions and limitations of this study are discussed at the end of this research article.
