The Value Conversion of the Traditional Concept Harmony in the Modern Society

Abstract

Harmonious variety of traditional Chinese thinking, it is important to maintain a unified Chinese nation, magic, is to promote the development of Chinese culture, source of ideas. However, the traditional harmonious thought, there are also negative things, especially on the history of classification is characterized by limitations. Harmony tradition of rational core, the modern and the traditional value of harmony ideology conversion of building a socialist harmonious society has important theoretical and practical significance. China's traditional concept of harmony is rich and colorful, it is the important magic weapon which maintains the unification of Chinese nation, it is the concept fountainhead which impels the development of Chinese national culture. However, there also exists something negative in the traditional concept of harmony, specially the historical limitation which characteristic of rank divides. During the course of socialism modernization construction, inherits the reasonable essence of traditional concept of harmony, and converse the traditional concept of harmony to its modern value will to have both academic and practical significance to the construction of a harmonious socialism society
