Abstract

The article examines the structure, function and origin of elementary social rituals. Any social action consists of different elementary landmark­semantic structures, which are based on elementary behavioral language. Elementary social rituals are the primary structures that underlie the behavioral language. Through their reproduction is formed intersubjective symbolic meaning communication space, there is reproduction structure of society. Human society exists only in the constant reproduction of their structures, based on socio­cultural codes of traditional culture. Elementary social rituals are formed on the border biopsychological congenital programs and traditional socio­cultural behaviour inherited and played as a living tradition. These rituals are necessary for the formation of the primary intersubjective of sign­symbolic space between individuals. Through the behavior of individuals these rituals create emotional communication space. Own behavior and the behavior of another is a sign. Broadcast certain emotional state of elementary social rituals directed at the other, with the aim of not verbal show willingness to conduct active or passive communication.
