By thus we obtained from the logic of interdisciplinary research and the fact that cultural socialization covers all aspects of social life of the individual, while professional and occupational socialization are the only aspects related to labor interaction. Thus, the productive human condition is significantly affecting to physiological aspects, such as unconditioned reflexes and physiological quality and condition, which can be described by the behavior of individuals. According to balance the system «manproduction» or «manmachine» is a physiological impact factors and individual as someone who works as a deviation from the baseline value is the result of a collision human qualities specific to that particular profession. However, most of these qualities are the result of cultural factors in the context of ensuring that productivity plays a crucial role. Suggested that labor and professional socialization essentially are the deep perception of norms and values which informally agree with common people nature during the labor process.
