Abstract

O pensamento filosófico de Alasdair MacIntyre tem influenciado um grande número de intelectuais das mais variadas áreas do conhecimento humano. Sociologia, economia, história, medicina e teologia, são alguns exemplos. Neste artigo, abordarei a questão narrativa no pensamento de MacIntyre e sua relevância para questões teológicas contemporâneas. Primeiro, perguntando pelas relações entre filosofia e teologia. Depois, aprofundando a questão da narrativa na teologia e no pensamento de MacIntyre. Finalmente, apontando caminhos, a partir do pensamento de MacIntyre, para o pensar teológico face aos desafios contemporâneos.
