Self-actualization and self-identity of person in postmodern education system targeting: philosophy-educational aspects

Abstract

The specificity of the phenomena of self­actualization and self­realization within the lifelong education system is manifested in the fact that they are the basis for the formation of integrating the goals of educational activities at all levels. The main purpose of student­centered education is the development of the individual, his autonomy, independence, reflection, responsibility and so on. Education is aimed at creating conditions for the full development of personality features all subjects of the educational process. Its declared personal development subjects of study. The general trend of the goals of educational activities that determines changes in the content and forms generally confirms the priority of interaction phenomena and self­actualization for educational models postmodern design, oriented to self identity. Individual developing education stands in relation to other models of educational activities primarily as a basis for the formation of potential targets using the concepts of self­actualization and self­realization. With the strengthening of personal and developmental components changing orientation concept that reflects the hierarchy of goals, values and meanings educational activities. Based on the concept of self­actualization and self­education methodologically grounded as an educational system­factor personality of the subject, its needs, motives, goals, abilities, activities and more.
