Abstract
The specificity of the phenomena of selfactualization and selfrealization within the lifelong education system is manifested in the fact that they are the basis for the formation of integrating the goals of educational activities at all levels. The main purpose of studentcentered education is the development of the individual, his autonomy, independence, reflection, responsibility and so on. Education is aimed at creating conditions for the full development of personality features all subjects of the educational process. Its declared personal development subjects of study.
