Abstract
Resumo O artigo busca refletir sobre e a partir do sentido da afirmação do filósofo italiano Giorgio Agamben de que o campo de concentração [Konzentrationslager] deve ser entendido como o nomos da modernidade. Para isto, o autor, apresenta a história dos últimos momentos do sociólogo Maurice Halbwachs como âmuçulmanoâ, conforme o jargão dos campos, e explora a hipótese de que o que confere a actualidade nomológica do campo é o facto de ainda hoje perseveramos numa mesma linha de continuidade histórica e biopolÃtica. For this, the author, presents the story of the last moments of the sociologist Maurice Halbwachs as âMuslimâ, according to the jargon of the camp, and explores the hypothesis that what provides the nomological actuality of the camp is the fact that today we still persevere in the same line of historical and biopolitical continuity.
