Abstract

Open peer commentary on the article “Problem Posing and Creativity in Elementary-School Mathematics” by E. Paul Goldenberg.: Finding tasks to propose to children, able to generate curiosity and creative engagement without having just gamified school exercises is very difficult. The appeal of a traditional curriculum is its scalability.
