Abstract

After the disintegration of the Cold War, the idea is to balance the new global order of development, the main theme of civilization, combined with new theoretical perspectives of realism, anxious to plan new roads, proposed the theory of clash of civilizations strategic thinking. Civilized world is the coexistence of a multi-system, but also the overall achievements in human development, when all sorts of scientific and technological civilization pull into the distance, overlapping or collision of civilization, the conflict is not the only phenomena, absorption, integration and convergence of development is also exists, which depends on different choices of rational and civilized system of elites. From the analysis of Chinese civilization in the process of change, understand the essence of civilization is not a clash of civilizations, but assuming the value of transcendence, and the acquisition of power and interests. Understanding global diversity if the nature of civilization, stand and appreciate the attitude of equality, dialogue and exchange to reduce the use of conflict, the vision is worth the wait. After the cold war was over, the strategic thought about the clash of civilization is brought up, with the focus on civilization along with the neo-realistic views to plan new paths, to conceive the equilibrium development of a new world order. The world is not only a system where many civilizations co-exist but also the gross achievement of human development. While scientific technology brings people closer to each other and different civilizations overlap or clash, we see not only conflicts but also absorption, assimilation and convergence. Therefore it is dependent on the rational choices of the elite from different systems of civilizations. Through analyzing the transformation of the progress of Chinese civilization, we can see that clash is not part of the nature of civilization but rather the transcendence of hypothetic values and the acquisition of power and interests. If the pluralist character of world civilizations is recognized, we love to see dialogues and communications are employed, based on equality and appreciation, to reduce the clashes
