Abstract

The concept of diversity management is generating attention in the rapidly changing business environment, and workplace transformation is seen as a way to secure and maintain top-quality staff. Various definitions of diversity exist, but Jackson, Joshi, and Erhardt define it as “the distribution of personal attributes among interdependent members of a work unit”. Diversity management can be defined as “the comprehensive process of constructing an environment where all employees can function effectively”.
