Abstract

The history of philosophical thought directly deals with value judgments, with the desire to identify the most significant for humans. For a long time axiological perspective was part of philosophy, considered as one of the parties of philosophical wisdom. In the course of addressing this issue in a general sense good as that person has to make sense, outlined the different approaches. The basic axiology problem is to study the possible existence of values in the structure of life in general and their relationship to the subject a reality. The modern world is unthinkable outside information, communication, and communication of information as a result of the explosion were powerful communication flows with extraordinary rapidity changing the world and man himself. Man is not just interested in the truth, which would imagine the object as it is in itself, and the value of the object for a man to meet its needs, a person evaluates the facts of their lives according to their value. Expansion of intercultural contacts causes the crisis, destructive phenomenon, world view transformation, innovative research in every culture. The interaction of cultures creates a need for reassessment of intercultural contacts and their own cultural identity based on the ideas of intercultural tolerance and adequate perception of cultural differences that appear in the circumstances necessary preconditions for effective relationships between cultures and understanding between their carriers. It is important to remember that the philosophical understanding of cross-cultural communication is formed from an awareness of the uniqueness and originality of each culture. In this regard, especially important is the formation of cross-cultural communication skills, allowing the individual to find in another culture is not so much what sets of different cultures from one another, and so much that unites them. Social Development led to the growth of transformation processes in the cultural human environment. Creating a common code causes simplification and generalization of reality, which contributes to inadequate perceptions of reality. That is why personal development in the context of world culture is so important as well as developing abilities to represent native culture and country in terms of intercultural communication, the development of communicative cultural identity, mutual enrichment of cultural values as a factor in strengthening mutual understanding in the process of intercultural communication. The main aim of intercultural contact is to develop person ability for successful intercultural communication. This ability arises only when various aspects of intercultural contacts are filled with cultural- specific content, reflecting individual belonging to a particular ethnic group, region, society as a whole. Modern sociocultural processes create new opportunities, types and forms of communication for members of different cultures, the main condition for the effectiveness of which is understanding, dialogue interaction, tolerant attitude to cultural communication partners.
