La ética discursiva al servicio de la moral según Jürgen Habermas

Abstract

The morality and the ethics are terms that have been accepted in the current vocabulary. The morality is diluted, nevertheless in a multiplicity of individual moralities that in concrete situations result difficult to harmonize. How to safeguard the justice in our context? This essay called: the discursive ethics to the service of the morality according to Habermas propose to clarify the meaning of the morality and of the ethics and to see as the discursive theory come in help to the contextual difficulties.
