Abstract

The following writing presents some of the most distinguished ideas from Freud and Lacan concerning the concept of repetition in psychoanalysis. The intention is to put in evidence the contributions that each of these two thinkers did with regard to the concept of repetition, trying to highlight the approach from which each one worked. At the end one begins a dialogue between psychoanalysis and philosophy, from the ideas of the Danish philosopher Sören Kierkegaard on the concept of repetition.
