Abstract

To some of the Xi'an region based on surveys of private universities, private colleges and universities in Shaanxi ranks of teachers made ​​a key study. This paper presents and analyzes private higher education in Shaanxi and its faculty building, "the two primary stage" feature, pointed out that the current Shaanxi private higher education is at an important period of transition, private colleges and universities faculty building of great significance for the development of private universities, need to attract highly valued. This paper analyzes the teaching staff of private universities in Shaanxi main factors and are facing a new situation, and private colleges and universities in Shaanxi ranks of teachers made ​​several suggestions. In this paper, based on the investigation the author provides his viewpoints about the non-governmental higher education in Xi'an, especially the faculty construction of non-governmental higher education of Shaanxi. The author emphasizes the importance of the faculty construction in the non -governmental universities. He also points out that the non-governmental higher education of Shaanxi and her faculty construction have made greater progress in the recent years. But the development of the non-governmental higher education of Shaanxi and her faculty construction are faced with many problems now and in the future.
