Abstract

The guidelines towards Thought Leadership is vital towards the highest caliber being vouched for and implemented to enable lifesaving proficiencies to be preserved and utilised optimally. Choice of a certain role-model is based upon Moral Aptitude -that is to be made practical- and replaceable only when previous holds lesser. Inspiring, Envisioning, Encouraging and Empowerment are facilitative behaviours, locally and globally and are thus Real/true Thought Leadership. Inspiration infuses breath /new life into a situation having potential to be life-oriented and also revives abused, neglected and weak entities requiring envisioning, encouragement and empowerment to further on Life wholly- - Inspiration or Inspiring in true sense [inner spiritual quality ethos coming from eternal values] is the substance that allows for envisioning, encouraging and empowerment. Identifying Inspiration and protecting its existence takes Life further, and though it could be an anti-marketing vocation, its merits are most treasurable. There are illustrations of how Inspiring individuals have positively influenced situations, industries, climates, healths, relationships and caused anti-life to lose its value and strength by imparting life to peace, justice where needed and hope. Extinction or opposing energies that constitute Inspiration in a given situation takes away possibility of welfare.
