Abstract

It is stated in the Sixteen Points1 personally drawn up by our Great Leader Chairman Mao:[The] Cultural Revolution Group, Cultural Revolution Committee, and Cultural Revolution Representative Assembly are the best new organizational structures whereby the masses can educate themselves under the leadership of the Party. They are the Party's best bridges to maintaining close ties with the masses. They are the power apparatus of the Cultural Revolution.
