The concept of «Form of rule» as to the instrument of research of modern political reality

Abstract

Within the framework of this article essence and possibilities of concept «Form of rule» opens up as to the instrument of research of modern political reality. Reasons of the present diminishing of attention are determined to this concept; possibilities of his application are set in modern research practice, basic methodological principles of his use are determined.
