Abstract

of academic mobility ideas expansion and implementation at higher education sphere. The essence of some notions of higher education discourse is also analyzed. The thesis concerning the need of deep theoretical researches at the sphere of higher education modernization is substantiated standing on position that globalization is a determinant of the series of complicated social phenomena such as academic mobility one. It is underlined that methodological approaches of social philosophy and philosophy of education have heuristic potential for substantiation of reforms at the sphere of higher education. Mentioned methodology is able to understand specific character of Ukraine as “transit state”.
