Abstract

Research by analyzing the meaning of core competencies and characteristics of the core competitiveness of university research design evaluation system, analysis of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method steps, and on this basis, the core competitiveness of university research were evaluated. This paper discusses the meaning and character of scientific research core competitiveness, designs its evaluation index system, analyzes the steps of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, then the core competitiveness of university scientific research is evaluated
