Methodological aspects of injury prevention in the process of physical training in military units and institutions

Abstract

This article describes the methodological aspects of preventing probable injuries in military units and institutions during physical training classes, the factors of injury occurrence, and also provides scientifically-practically based recommendations for the prevention of injuries.
