Abstract

This life experience from the military point of view, for "War and Peace" to the philosophy of war. The various philosophical thinking is rational self-examination as a starting point, according to cultivate wisdom, discover the truth, prove the value of the three basic properties, through personal experience, can the period of the war and realized that the concept of comprehensive peace. First of all, to express the basic attitude of the war in the "last resort", and then do a standard philosophy of war, then enlisted since the war from the start of consciousness, finishing thirty years of learning recognition, presentation of military characteristics, basic beliefs, ethical codes of conduct and the military ; combined with the rapid development of military knowledge: rational, globalization, knowledge, information technology, and thus linked to the military's basic view "prepare for war to deter war; about the war to maintain peace." And then return to the only man in the history of war has always advocated the philosophy of war Mi - Origin of Chinese philosophy, war, military philosophy from the I Ching: Art of War, "Road" truth, the spirit of Tai Chi, art of war of the body, to further focus on the root of China's military thinking - 'several', corresponding to Western technology to the mainstream thinking of the war, observed, "the overall state of consciousness and the military judge," analyzing "a few" relevant meaning that the relationship with the military command, a view to express the battlefield commander still has non-instrumental sex; Finally, no "a few" of the war as equivalent to nonsense conclusion. In this paper, we approach "war and peace" in terms of the philosophy of war from the perspective of soldiers' life experience. And we look at one's experience in terms of the three fundamental principles-cultivating wisdom, finding the truth and validating the value-in order to generalize all the ideas about war and peace that we understand. First, we basically see war as "necessary evil." Then the writer makes norms about war and sorts out more than thirty years of learning and understanding in war consciousness to state military attributes, fundamental beliefs, codes of conduct, and military ethics. Besides, the writer combines the war consciousness with the rapid-developing knowledge-based military-rationalization, globalization, education, informationalization-so as to be connected to soldier's basic concept "prepare for war to stop war and understand war to maintain peace." Then we return to the one and only war philosophy that argues for the cease of war-Chinese war philosophy. Starting with the military principle of "Dao," the spirit of Tai-Chi, military science, we further focus on the source of Chinese military thoughts, "Ji," as the counterpart of the western technology-based thoughts about war. We look at the "judgment about general consciousness and military conditions," analyze the implications of "Ji," point out its relation with the military command, in wishes to show that war commanders are still non-instrumental. We conclude that non-Ji war means exactly nonsense
