Abstract

This article aims to elucidate the philosophical concept of human rights implications of Mencius, Mencius, human nature from the human rights implications, ethical theory of practice of human rights concern, said the people of this concept of human rights thinking and benevolent to the human spirit as the main content of the ideal of human rights, a consistent manner Mencius illustrates the launching of a classical analysis of the human rights discourse. Although Mencius mind, "human rights", clearly identified with the contemporary universal "human rights", there was no denying the significance of the gap; but Mencius, through its implications for human rights, human rights concern, human thinking and human rights ideal omnidirectional degree of philosophical inquiry, but still hold high the dignity of human life, there is meaning and universal values, while all the attention given to contemporary human rights situation of people with lofty ideals, a very valuable blueprint for the human rights philosophy and classical. This paper is intended to explicate the philosophical meanings of Mencius's views of human rights, regarding his theories of human nature, moral practice, and people as the foundation of the state, as well as the kingly way and his humanism. Moreover, we try to analyze the classical discourse about human rights developed by Mencius. Although Mencius's idea about human rights was undeniably different from the universal views about human rights in the contemporary society, he was nevertheless a precious and classical model for those who care about human rights in the contemporary age due to his overall philosophical exploration of the meanings, concerns, thoughts and ideals of human rights
