Abstract

"Caring for the emotional" is a person's moral foundation. Temporary care of the final actuarial staff and patients in the marrow is between "interaction" and "caring relationship", emphasizing its focus on "relationship"; and clinical care aimed at making the final patient's body, mind, and flexible integration. Nursing staff are involved in the deepest, most can also touch the heart of the temporary end of patient care professionals, other professionals can not replace; is the length of life in patients is limited, also the most abundant and can help patients expand their Width of life care nursing staff. This paper is based on the author's qualitative research, "the final clinical care patients on the treatment of expectations", found that patients with more expected by the end of clinical family and medical care, regardless reference to the final clinical nursing care ethics and its practice of the Road. The foundation of human's morality is the affections toward caring. The essence of terminal care is the "interaction relations" and "caring relations" between patients and the health care professionals, in which the "relation" is the focus. The purpose of the terminal care is to integrate ones 'body, mind and spirit, while nurses involve and touch patients' inner-self the most, and can hardly to replace, among the health care professionals. The role of nursing could be plentiful the life of the terminally ills during their limited length of life. Based on the author's study "Care Expectations of The Hospitalized Terminally Ill Cancer Patients", most of the terminally ill cancer patients expected to be cared from their families as well as the health care professionals.
