On the Subsidy Policy on Agriculture at the Early Meiji Period
Abstract
Agricultural policy can not only reflect the rulers subsidies on agricultural issues, also can reflect the industrial structure of agriculture in the country and the financial system in place; while the policy implementation process, the central government, local government, the farmers of their movements, but also to reflect the the structure of the country's ruling regime and its policy approach.
