Peculiarities of transit under the condition of the crisis of the political system: the theoretical aspect

Abstract

The main political science approaches to the phenomenon of the crisis in the transitive society have been analyzed. It is shown that the political crisis is a turning point in the development of the political system and is characterized by the transitive state of the political - power structures, struggle and change of political elites, political activation of the masses, the reduction in the efficiency of public management and political instability. It is noted that a significant role in overcoming the crisis in the transitive society belongs to the elite. The reasons of prolongation of crises in the political transit have been revealed. The contents of the crises in the transitive political system of Ukraine and the role of the political elite as a factor in the genesis of crisis have been disclosed.
