Abstract

Correction of the current state of the public sphere is an important theoretical and practical challenge. Definition of prospects of correcting and optimizing associated with the real needs of the society policies that are extremely diverse. Real by making rational and optimization strategies in public sphere of politics are signs and evidence of rational behavior of public policy and political public speaking. On the basis of the analysis carried out specific solutions and recommendations on how to optimize the public sphere, such as the state. However, unresolved question remains the possibility of introducing a theoretical ideal in modern into practice even in stable countries. Rationalization of public sphere of politics provides analysis of political rationality in different research concepts of modernity.
