Abstract

This article is a debate on the introduction of health preservation policy in Ukraine. The purpose of this policy is to update the direction of the public health system to the needs of a healthy person, exercising his constitutional right to health protection built on humanocentric ideology. The authorʼs vision of the feasibility of implementing regulations, which according to the author will be able to solve this problem.
