Abstract

The paper examines the factors and conditions of social and cultural environment that act as a kind of limits of symbolic interference in the process of political changes management with mythological matrices and symbolic constructs as its instruments. The author defies the existence of such restrictions at all stages of symbol-building: stage of implantation the new symbolic construction, phase of operation and use of the new symbol, stage of fiing the symbolic code into mass consciousness. In addition to specifying these restrictions, it is provided some actions to combat each limitation.
