Abstract

O objetivo central deste artigo é analisar como se dá a fundamentação daética da responsabilidade de Hans Jonas a partir de seu livro The Imperativeof Responsibility. Quero investigar os pressupostos metaéticos de sua teoria,destacando as características de semântica, ontologia e epistemologia moral,evidenciando o que segue: fundacionalismo, realismo, cognitivismo, falácianaturalista e determinismo. Também, quero destacar a assimetria de direitose deveres entre os indivíduos que resulta deste modelo ético.The main aim of this paper is to analyze the meta-ethical basis of Hans Jonas’sethics of responsibility in The Imperative of Responsibility. I should like toinvestigate the meta-ethical assumptions of his theory by emphasizing thefeatures of moral semantics, ontology and epistemology, and by highlightingthe following: foundationalism, realism, naturalism, cognitivism, naturalisticfallacy and determinism.
