Abstract

In the light of four, traditional, rational, intuitional and experimental / historical Ayatollah Shahabadi’s theory of fiṭrah as an interdisciplinary anthropological theory seeks to outline an a priori structure of human existence, whose foundation is based on the intrinsic enthusiasm of soul towards the absolute perfection. He tries to explain his theory through the ontological analysis of the notion of fiṭrah as a requirement for the existence of the perceiver as well as finding the tendencies peculiar to the human soul.
